“we have ordered the items (big expensive electronics) in the shop because sales rep said we can choose delivery time. we needed that to plan our day, we are 2 with a year old baby, moving to a compeletely empty house alone. worten promised to deliver between 8am-2pm
until 1.30pm no news so we called, they havent heard about our rider. they promised we will have the items delivered the same day, we were waiting. around 4pm we received the call the items cannot be delivered that day. we havent been offered any compensation either. this is unacceptable, i heard many similar cases. if you can just do choose an other source to buy your electrodomestics.”
